They should have extensive experience in the field of design and a broad understanding of the various disciplines within it. They should also have a record of publishing high-quality research and some experience in editorial work.

They will initially screen the submissions, select suitable peer reviewers, and make editorial decisions based on the reviews received. ▪ Research Section Editor: Oversees the original research articles, ensuring they meet the journal’s standards and contribute to the field.
▪ Reviews Section Editor: Manages the review articles, ensuring they offer comprehensive overviews of the specified topics.
▪ Case Studies Section Editor: Responsible for screening and editing the case studies submitted to the journal.
▪ Interviews Section Editor: Coordinates the interview process, from identifying potential interviewees to finalizing the edited transcripts.
